FAQ
-
Can Your Movers Pack Everything?
Our packing services are completely customizable, tailored to your specific needs. We can pack as little as a single room, or the entire home.
-
Do You Offer Disassembly and Reassembly?
We sure do! Each crew lead comes prepared with a tool bag and would be more than happy to take care of any disassembly and reassembly services you need.
-
Can You Give Me A Binding Estimate?
As a registered and licensed household Oregon mover, we are required to charge only for services provided, known as a non-binding estimate in the moving industry. For local moves, you are charged for time and supplies used beyond any mandated minimums.
-
How Far In Advance Should I Book My Move?
We recommend scheduling your move at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred move date, however, we understand that moving doesn’t always go as planned and will do our best to meet your needs.
-
Do You Provide Coverage For My Items?
All household moves are provided with Released Value Protection coverage, which covers items at $0.60 per pound. We also offer Replacement Cost Protection as a more premium option to provide better coverage. Give us a call and we can help determine which option is best for you.

Are There Any Items I Should Move Myself?
We recommend moving personal and valuable items such as money, jewelry, financial documents, or anything of sentimental value yourself. By law, we’re prohibited from moving flammable items, chemicals, perishable or open food items, live ammunition, and pets.
